Wellbeing and Anti-Bullying

We are very proud that we have been awarded the Bronze Award by The Anti Bullying Alliance for our commitment to ensuring that our school is a safe and bullying free space. The Well Being Ambassadors worked hard to achieve this award, well done!

 

 

The theme for Anti-Bullying Week 2024 has been 'Choose Respect'. It took place from Monday 11th to Friday 15th of November 2024. We started off with Odd Sock Day to remind us that our differences make us all special and unique. We also celebrated World Kindness Day on the 13th of November and took part in a nationwide assembly which was delivered by a charity called '52 lives'. We looked for acts of kindness and thought how we need to be kind to each and also to ourselves.

We are very fortunate to have a wonderful group of Well Being Ambassadors at our school. They have just received Play Leader Training and will now be supporting our children across the school in having positive playtimes.
