In Years 5 & 6 we have been learning about Spanish Christmas traditions. Unlike us, the children do not receive their presents until the 6th January (the 12th day after Christmas) which are delivered by 'Los Reyes Magos (the Three Kings)' and left in their shoes. This represents the day the three kings arrived to see the baby Jesus. Children in Spain write to the three kings whereas we would write to Santa. We had a go, using a Spanish dictionary, at writing out own letters. We hope you enjoy reading them.
Feliz Navidad y Prospero Ano Nuevo!
