Turbulent Times!
In Year 3 and 4, we are developing our vocabulary and trying to use powerful verbs and adjectives in our writing. We have also been working on beginning our sentences with fronted adverbials to make our writing flow. In Spring 1, we read Shakespeare's The Tempest and wrote a setting description describing how Prospero conjured an almighty storm. In Spring 2 we have been learning about Earthquakes and wrote an explanation/instruction text as to what to do in the event of an earthquake!
