This year we invited the children back to school in their pyjamas for a cosy bedtime read and hot chocolate. We all started off listening to one story together in the hall before splitting up into smaller groups around the school in front of log fires. Some of us sat on cushions and bean bags, some under blankets and some with teddies. One group even got a sneaky peek at the Burton Book Nook. It was lovely that so many children joined us and were able to listen to such a fantastic range of stories before bedtime.
