Introducing our Reading Champions!
Hello. We would like to introduce ourselves as your new Reading Champions. We are 13 children from Year 5 and 6 who have been chosen to help promote a love of reading across the school. We want to ‘make reading fun’ (Noah),’take care of all our books’ (Lucy), ‘help children enjoy reading more’ (Paige) and ‘help all the staff with the books’ (Leo).
We are looking forward to visiting your classrooms and telling you all about the exciting reading events we have planned for you!
And a big well done to Brett who won the competition to design the Reading Champion's badges. We are sure they will be worn with pride!
