Breakfast Club
Time: 7:45 am to start of school   Cost: £6.50 per child /per day   A choice of fruit; cereal and toast will be available daily

Breakfast Club will take place in the school hall. Children should be brought to the office and signed in with breakfast club staff.

Staff will include: Mrs Andrew; Miss McLuckie; Mrs Young; Mrs Palmer; Mrs Musgrove

After School Club
Time: 2 sessions available 3:15pm – 5:15pm Cost £9                             3:15pm – 6pm Cost £13   A healthy snack / fresh fruit will be provided – we will not at this stage be providing a cooked meal   Parents may send a packed tea for children staying until 6pm if they wish

During the session we offer a range of activities such as:

- Guided and independent arts and crafts suitable for all ages

- A great variety of indoor and outside games and toys

- Access to the school’s playground equipment and trim trail

- A quiet zone for reading, chilling or homework

- Musical activities and dance

After School Club will be based in Dolphins.

Terms and Conditions

Booking:

➢ Each session must be booked and paid for in advance of attending using Arbor; this includes where parents are paying using Childcare Vouchers.

➢ Sessions should be booked at least 24 hrs in advance to ensure sufficient staff are available.

➢ Sessions can be booked and paid for up to a half term in advance

➢ Last minute bookings on the day may be accepted if space is available but must be agreed and booked through the office.

➢ If pre-arranged, children can join after attending other clubs. In order to reserve their place, you will be expected to pay the full After School Club session amount.

Cancellation:

➢ 48 hours’ notice of cancellation is required for a refund.

➢ Cancellation at short notice may be refunded at the discretion of the headteacher and depending on the circumstances.

Other:

➢ Children can be collected at any time up to the time paid for.

➢ A late pick up charge of £5 per 15 minutes may be charged after 5:15pm or 6pm or for repeatedly late collections.

➢ Please ensure your child is handed over to a member of staff at Breakfast Club.

➢ Ensure your child is signed out with a member of After School Club staff before taking them home.

➢ Children are expected to abide by the normal school rules and code of conduct during before and after school sessions. Parents will be informed of any poor behaviour. Repeated poor behaviour may result in the child’s place being withdrawn.

➢ Items from home are not permitted at the clubs.
