We love reading a range of texts throughout the year and enjoy our holiday reading challenges.
Every child who completes a challenge will be rewarded with a 10% discount voucher to spend on The Pop-Up Book website!
Easter Holiday Challenge
Over the next 4 weeks, children will be taking part in the Pop-Up Bookshop 10,000 Hours of Reading Challenge. Remember to log your hours and let your teacher know how much reading you have been doing.

We challenged all members of our school community, pupils and staff, to share a photo of themselves reading over the holidays. We had so many entries. It turns out you can, indeed, read anywhere!

We had a super response to our Summer Challenges- Extreme Readers & Book Selfies! Take a look at our pictures in school in the Book Nook or below! You can read ANYWHERE- So we did!!
Our Summer Half-Term Reading Challenge was hugely popular! The children enjoyed decorating a glass jar in the theme of a book. We were blown away with the effort the children put in and their jars looked fantastic.
Huge congratulations to the following children who won the competition for their phase - they bagged themselves a book token each!

Congratulations to Swans & Foxes Classes - our Easter Reading Challenge Winners!
They were lucky enough to be the first classes to enjoy our 'Book Nook'. They enjoyed reading buddy time on the bean bags with a hot chocolate!
