We were invited to take part in Christchurch Town Council's annual Art Project, creating giant poppy wreaths for the upcoming VE Day 80th anniversary beacon event on Christchurch Quay.

 

The children each coloured in a poppy to add to their class wreath.


   

 

Christchurch Quay on Thursday, May 8, 2025, from 6pm to 10pm, with face painting, wartime trucks and vehicles a history hub and live music - children and their families will be able to wander around the event and spot their poppies!
